The Rock Hill Golf Club in Manorville, one of Newsday's 12 "must play" Long Island courses, will host a pair of charity outings later this month.
The Lieutenant John M. Clancy/Firefighter Jimmy O'Shea Memorial Golf Outing will take place on Tuesday, August 18 at 10:00 a.m. Entry fee is $170, and sponsorships are available. On Wednesday, August 26, the Chrissy's Wish Memorial Fund will hold its third annual golf outing, with proceeds benefiting mental health research. The outing tees off at 1:30 p.m. and is open to the first 144 registrants. A $150 entry fee includes cart, pre-round lunch, and a post-round dinner and open bar.
