Two-thirds of the way through the winter and just as many people are cheering "The winter's almost over!" as are wondering "When is the winter going to arrive?" Mild winter, cool spring, whatever you want to call it -- when 50-degree days outnumber total inches of snow in a Long Island winter, it's a bonus golf season for players who typically don't touch their Titleists between Thanksgiving and the Masters.
Golf On Long Island wants area players to enjoy winter golf as much as we do and take advantage of low rates and thin crowds. Below is another sampling of offseason 18-hole rates at area courses. For full details about rates and course conditions, contact the course pro shops or visit their websites. Note that these do not represent discounted rates at all courses.
